Visual Merchandising Coordinator (MP-VMC)
How to Apply
Duties
  • Support the manager to implement VM strategy to execute VM marketing plan and in-store activities. Plan & execute all in-store display & designs, event setup, pop-up stores etc.
  • Coordinate designers to develop, coordinate, production and management of POS for all sales channels
  • Support manager to implement the brand strategy and ensure consistency of visual identity, tone and manner and impact across all communications
  • Coordinate with retail design agencies / vendor on store design / graphic, as well as in-house production team to ensure successful implementation on marketing maerials development
  • Cooperate with internal departments for VM initiatives roll out in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner
  • Maintain client liaison and work with the team to ensure all high-quality deliverables within budget and deadline
  • Add value by sharing market observations, knowledge, connections to facilitate VM development
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or related discipline
  • 2 years’ related working experience; consumer marketing or advertising agency experience is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and best practices
  • Self-motivated, attention to details, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Proficient PC skills (e.g. MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing), and design software
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese a must
