Duties
  • Handle English speaking customers' enquiries and complaint in a professional manner
  • Support an exercise on collecting customer feedback
Requirements
  • DSE or above
  • 1 year of relevant experience in customer service industry
  • Good knowledge of mobile, internet and PC products
  • Good spoken English & Chinese
  • Customer oriented, pleasant, mature, independent
  • Day Shift duty is required including weekends and public holidays, 9 hours per day (usually 9am - 6pm)
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
