Lead, Cybersecurity Solution and Support (BM-L-CSS)
How to Apply
Duties
  • Supervise the cybersecurity team to collaborate closely with the sales team, technical support team and vendors to provide pre-sales advice and post-sales support to corporate customers
  • Pre-sales:
  • Facilitate the qualification of sales leads from a technical perspective and deliver post-sales training to corporate customers
  • Conduct security assessments, such as ethical hacking (including vulnerability assessments and penetration tests), security governance reviews, threat hunting and SOC monitoring
  • Design and test new IT security solutions to meet evolving client needs
  • Post-sales:
  • Work closely with the technical support team to resolve customer's technical issues, including technology installation, configuration and troubleshooting
  • Manage internal and external technical support requests for different enterprise solutions via phone calls, emails and/or site visits
  • Assist with the testing, installation and deployment of system software, including security patch updates and remediation
  • Provide SOC support including Triage and incident response (on-call duty is required)
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field is required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cybersecurity role, including 2 years in supervisory position
  • Holder of CCNA, CISSP, CISA, NSE4+ or any security related Certification is preferred
  • Experience with Azure, Google Cloud or AWS is an advantage
  • Familiarity with SAN, MSSQL, MySQL or other enterprise applications is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities
