Duties

Lead a team of network architect and network engineers to manage 4G & 5G IMS/ VoLTE/ VoNR, UDC/UDM, CS Core, Device and SIM card team. Ensure network architecture compliant with company standards and follow industrial best practice
Lead the strategic direction, design, planning and develop voice based solution, enhancement and evolution
Accountable and ensuring high availability of voice driven network based services
Work with stakeholders and aligned with different department for project rollout
Drive an action based and outcome driven mindset within the team to improve service availability and performance. Define clear KPI for the team to follow and measure the deliverables and performance of the team
Inspire a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Create an atmosphere in the team for member to raise creative ideas and learn from problems or faults to keep improving in projects and daily operations
Develop and uplift the capability of the team. Provide insights and opportunities that support learning and growth

Requirements

At least 12 years' relevant experience in either 4G & 5G VoLTE/ IMS/ VoNR, CS Core networking, voice services/value-added services, international roaming, Device, SIM card or other telecommunication projects with at least 5 years in managerial role
Possesses adequate knowledge in one or more working domains used in wireless core network. Skills and experience in use of automation tool to facilitate planning / design and operation / maintenance work are highly appreciated
Proven experience in managing mobile network infrastructure
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
