Video Producer (B&M-VPR)

Duties
  • Content Strategy & Branding: Grasp the established brand tone and passionately infuse it into all content. Proactively ideate and execute original video concepts
  • Production & Execution: Serve as an independent producer, handling all stages of content creation, including shooting, editing, motion graphics, and comprehensive post-production
  • Platform Expertise: Master all relevant social media platforms, specializing in the creation of compelling short-form videos and producing viral social reels/stories
  • On-Site Coverage: Provide professional on-site coverage for stores, roadshows, and events
  • Technology & Workflow: Operate professional equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear. Employ expert shooting and editing skills, leveraging AI tools to establish innovative workflows
  • Trend Leadership: Lead the adoption of AI trends in content creation (e.g., generative edits, smart scripts). Actively utilize AI video tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney, etc.)
  • Artistic Delivery: Deliver authentic storytelling, blending emotion, bold visuals, and cultural relevance with a strong aesthetic sense
  • Project Management: Effectively manage multiple video projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or above in Graphic/Multimedia Design, Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of professional video production experience, with a strong preference for experience in social media content
  • Fluent proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator
  • Demonstrated ability to provide creative input for concept development and production planning
  • Eagerly adopt new technology—curious, adaptable, and committed to evolving professional skills
  • Submission of a showreel, online profile, or portfolio is mandatory
