Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager (PMO-PM-APM)
How to Apply
Duties
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional transformation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Work closely with internal business units, technical teams, and external vendors to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress tracking
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks
  • Monitor technical team resources to ensure successful execution and high utilization
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status and key milestones
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO, including methodology, tools, and governance
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably within telecommunications, technology, or consulting
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
  • Hands-on experience in managing vendors and external partners
  • Solid organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence or equivalent)
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Project Manager
