Duties

Lead the entire SDLC: requirements gathering, workflow analysis, system design, implementation, UAT, and production rollout
Collaborate with vendors on system implementation and troubleshoot issues
Work with cross-functional teams on API development and system integration
Prepare test plans, execute system integration tests, and maintain documentation
Perform QA testing and support user acceptance testing
Provide ongoing system enhancements and 24/7 on-call support to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of IT experience
Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, SQL, UNIX, shell scripting, and Web Service API/Microservices (RESTful, SOAP)
Hands-on experience with DevOps, web application frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Vue.js), K8s, Jenkins, GitLab
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Azure) is a plus
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
Knowledge of telecommunications is an advantage
24/7 on-call support is required
