Duties

Software development (Web, Mobile, backend applications) of Digital Platforms
Lead a small team of backend development resource and outsource vendors to deliver innovative and competitive solutions to customers on schedule
Analyze the functional requirement and propose the future-proof software system design with scalability and cost-effective considerations
Engage and manage the software development, deployment and maintenance processes
Conduct prudent control in software quality assurance, security measure in software development, and component software design
Design the software platform as the basis of applications to reduce the effort of the customization and its lead time
Study, employ and integrate any useful new software technology for continuous evolution of our software platform
Maintain development team infrastructure systems, and all developed software and products

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management or related disciplines
2 years’ experience in project management field
At least 8 years’ working experience in software development and design
At least 6 years’ working experience and knowledge in server application development
J2EE, .NET, PHP, NodeJS or equivalent running in different OS platforms
Experience in different integration technologies including SOAP, RESTful, LDAP, Microsoft AD etc.
Experience in WEB technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) and basic SQL performance tuning. Experience in UML design methodology and component-based design patterns
Experience in software development management, quality management. Project management is advantage
Experience in SQL Server Reporting Service, data analysis technologies is advantage
7 x 24 on-call support is required.
