Senior Business Analyst (PMO-SBA)
How to Apply
Duties
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements; translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs aligned to PMO standards
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to reconcile diverse stakeholder needs and drive consensus on scope and priorities
  • Maintain requirements traceability matrices and ensure alignment across change requests, testing, and release activities
  • Conduct end-to-end workflow analysis to identify bottlenecks, handoff gaps, and automation opportunities across customer journeys and internal processes
  • Produce current/future-state process maps, swimlanes, and BPMN diagrams; define measurable process KPIs and success criteria
  • Recommend improvements with impact assessments, including dependencies, risk/controls, and change implications to people, process, and technology
  • Coordinate with QA/UAT on test coverage against requirements; support UAT planning, issue triage, and sign-off with business owners
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related discipline
  • 5–7+ years of business analysis experience with strong exposure to cross-functional projects; telecom/technology sector experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in workflow/process analysis and requirements management within a PMO or structured delivery environment
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), including backlog management and sprint ceremonies of stage-gate governance
  • Telecom domain familiarity (e.g., OSS/BSS, CRM, billing, network operations) and TM Forum-aligned practices is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with process modeling (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN), requirements documentation, and traceability management
  • Analytical Mindset: Structured problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and synthesis of findings into actionable recommendations
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Proven ability to operate in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and ambiguous inputs
  • Organization and Delivery: Strong planning and time management, with attention to detail and commitment to quality and timelines
  • Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA (business analysis) and/or PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master (project delivery) is an advantage
