Assistant Manager, Web Analytics & Direct Marketing (DEC-AM-WADM)
How to Apply
Duties
  • Analyze traffic, funnel and conversion data to generate useful insights and actions for improvement
  • Manage & monitor the overall look & feel, content structure and navigation experience for the websites to ensure efficient customer journey and superior user experience on all the interfaces
  • Maintain overall branding consistency and continuously improve website efficiency in terms of traffic, user experience / navigation and funnel conversion
  • Assist in communications strategies and creative contents development for web marketing, align product vision, value proposition and outcome with stakeholders, propose the best digital solution to drive online conversion
  • Lead and liaise with stakeholders for website initiatives update, ensure content and offerings are accurate on websites
  • Lead and conduct website MI review and analysis to identify areas to improve the website customer experience and service/sales contribution
Requirements
  • Degree holder with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in website management, eCommerce, online marketing, Database Marketing & analysis. With at least 3 years in a managerial role is preferred
  • Internet & technology savvy; solid understanding of digital trends and best marketing practices across the web and digital channels
  • Extensive understanding of website management, digital and direct marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Salesforce, SEO and SEM
  • Experience in web/mobile marketing or Interactive Design experience and wireframes drawing
  • Knowledge of data extraction and processing languages (such as SQL, Python) would be an advantage
  • Excellent business analysis ability, communication and inter-personal skill, and demonstrated ability to function as digital leader
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is essential
