How to Apply
Duties
  • Plan, implement and manage the execution of mobile product and service development and enhancement by working closely with cross-functional departments
  • Identify segment needs and develop marketing programs and communications to drive product and service subscription and retention with segmentation approach
  • Analyze CRM data to understand customer profiles and usage patterns, and draw insights to support business growth
  • Keep regular tracking and prepare reports on business performance to ensure targets are met
  • Prepare program evaluation for each campaign and measure campaign effectiveness & ROI performance
  • Monitor MI and evaluate market trend to identify mobile service development and enhancement opportunities
Requirements
  • Degree holder with minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience
  • Solid analytical and project management skills
  • Dynamic, proactive, independent and result-driven
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
