Duties
  • Loyalty and CRM program:
  • Develop & implement Loyalty and Membership Program marketing materials
  • Develop & implement surprise and delights projects for targeted customers
  • Manage customer enquiries on Loyalty and Membership Program
  • Review program effectiveness and provide actionable insights
  • Customer Segment:
  • Implement consumer centric marketing program to engage targeted segments
  • Support Customer Life Cycle marketing planning
Requirements
  • Consumer centric, passionate to pamper customers
  • Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
  • 1-2 years experience in marketing (CRM and Membership Program experience is a plus)
  • Strong project management skills
  • A team player and team builder, strong communication skills
  • Good written and spoken Cantonese and English, good numerate skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
