Duties

Conduct various types of testing (functional, performance, and automated testing) for products, offers, sales processes and billing
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, scripts and issue reports
Ensure compliance with product requirements and company quality standards
Identify mismatches between requirements and technical implementation
Monitor reported issues for proper resolution
Develop mechanisms to identify emerging product risks

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Information Systems, Decision Analytics or a similar field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control; Less experience will be considered as QC Associate Specialist
Proficiency in issue tracking, testing, data and scripting tools (e.g. Jira, Cognos, PowerBI, Excel, Selenium, Python, UIPath)
Basic knowledge of QA/QC framework and methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma)
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good communications and teamwork skills
Knowledge in Telecom Business Support System (BSS) and industry regulatory requirements is an advantage
