Duties

Collaborate with product team and enablement team to understand product requirements, system capability and establish design goals
Develop the detailed product spec, sales and operational process with cross-functional team
Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify the new product feature opportunities
Enforce the product governance framework
Create and maintain the product documentation and automated customer communication library
Conduct comprehensive testing ensuring the new product and offering features work as designed before rollout
Collaborate with Product Ops teams ensuring the implementation of product, offering, sales and operational process match with design
Define the criteria to analyze product quality performance and iterate based on user feedback

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development/management or relevant experience
Ability to multi-task several assignments in a time and be flexible on constant change is essential
Knowledge in scenario-based design method in product and sales process design
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
Good communication skills, capable of presenting product design ideas to the working teams
A fundamental understanding of telecom product domain, technological stack, and business support system (BSS) is required
