Senior Executive, Digital Marketing (DEC-SE-DM)

Duties
  • Establish user-centric product vision and roadmap based on the overall digital strategy plan
  • In collaboration with business owners, developers and support teams, drive product development from discovery to launch
  • Actively conduct analysis to understand performance drivers (e.g. conversion rate, customer return rate, traffic and active users) by platforms, channels, etc., Additionally, leverage data analysis to provide insights and identify trends that can enhance sales and conversion rates, as well as to discover opportunities for improvement and formulate recommendations
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap and progress to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in managing & monitoring the overall look & feel, content structure and navigation experience for the application to ensure efficient customer journey and superior user experience on all the interfaces
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive the download and usage of the self-service website & mobile application
  • Implement tracking, conduct MI and regular analytic reports to ensure accurate performance tracking
Requirements
  • Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years' work experience in digital marketing
  • Performance marketing experience & performance analytical skill is preferred
  • Good understanding of digital business and latest trends
  • Target driven, self-motivated, with strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in online advertising esp. in Facebook, SEM and SEO is an advantage
  • Able to cope with fast-pace environment and complete different tasks with tight deadline
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Web analytic tools such as Google analytic, Google Looker Studio and Tableau
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, English
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Digital Marketing Executive
