Duties

Perform daily operation within NOC team
Network supervision and complaint handling on mobile infrastructure
Supporting rapid restoration of network fault resolution (and prior to critical service failure where possible)
Working as associated service desks to ensure the correct action for an incident is taken (with necessary diagnostics / impact assessments)
Ensure network incident is promptly escalated to management according to the operational procedures
Recommend best practice to improve overall operation efficiency (include but not limited to develop new tools, suggest improvement on operation procedure, etc.)

Requirements

Degree holder in Computing/ Electronics/ Telecommunications
4 years mobile network operation experience is preferred
Knowledge and experience in Windows/ UNIX/ Linux operations environment is an advantage
Shift duty (3 shifts, 7 x 24)
High Diploma holder or fresh graduate will also be considered
