Administration Officer (ADM-AO)

Duties
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment including procurement and inventory management
  • Supervisor OA Team including job allocation, performance management and roster management
  • Experience in security system operation and building repair & maintenance will be advantage
  • Act as back up Receptionist
  • Perform other administration duties as required
Requirements
  • University graduate with at least 3 years' experience in office administration
  • Well organized, mature and able to work independently and flexibly
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Including Excel and Powerpoint) will be a definite advantage
