Senior Manager, Digital Marketing (MP-SM-DM)
How to Apply
Duties
  • Strategy planning & campaign management
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition as well as existing customer retention in strategic manner
  • Develop and implement effective and always-on online campaigns (paid and non-paid) to build brand, product awareness and drive segment marketing
  • Work closely with Integrated Marketing team and business owners for campaign development and execution
  • Leverage market insights, customer data and agile test and learn approach to drive continuous campaign optimization/improvement
  • Manage owned and paid media channels to drive multi-touch point customer to drive sales
  • Planning, content generation and operation of social media such as Facebook/Instagram/ WeChat
  • Manage social media crisis
  • Work closely with media agencies to maximize efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital, business or related fields with minimum 10 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Strong analytic skills, sensitive to numbers including web analytics and user behavior. Hands on experience in managing data and familiar with Google Analytics
  • Strong knowledge of performance/ digital marketing (SEM, Display, Social etc.) and funnel-base direct marketing practice expected
  • Strong campaign planning and project management skills, with good attention to details
  • Proven results/ ROI in executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Target driven, self-motivated, with strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure
  • Visionary, proactive, aggressive with good leadership and execution capabilities
  • Experience in leading a team is a must
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for effective communication with all levels of staff
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese
