Senior Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing (MP-SME-DM)
How to Apply
Duties
  • Develop engaging content strategies aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets. Ideation on social media content pillar and daily feeds. Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms (FB, Instagram, WeChat, XiaoHongShu), including text, images, videos, and infographics
  • Manage and oversee social media content and posting, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall brand voice and image
  • Bring fresh ideas and contribute feedback on the design and aesthetics of products, helping to shape the future of our offerings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design & video production team to create compelling digital assets that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
  • Assist social media channels and campaigns performance review
  • Test different digital marketing initiatives to achieve respective campaign performance target e.g. sales, traffic, lead volume, etc.
  • Analyze digital marketing and social media campaign performance using various analytics tools, such as Facebook Business Suits, etc. to identify trends, evaluate ROI, and recommend optimizations
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to user comments and inquiries promptly, and maintain a positive brand image online
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging social media platforms, and industry best practices to drive innovation and enhance campaign effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital, Communications, Journalisms, Advertising or related fields
  • 5- 6 years’ experience in digital marketing, in house or agency
  • Strong storyteller, able to translate complex ideas into understandable and relatable stories
  • Strategic and creative mindset, able to bring new ideas
  • Experience in a creative agency and video production is a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently. Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong campaign planning and project management skills, with good attention to details

  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media management platforms
  • Cantonese/ Traditional Chinese and English language skills preferred
