Customer Service Officer, Email & Social Media (CS-CSO-ESM)
How to Apply
Duties
  • Responsible for handling customer enquiries and feedback via email, Social Media and other written channel
  • Arrange written reply to customer timely and effectively as required
  • Follow-up customer cases to ensure cases are settled with proper and satisfactory closure
  • Working hours: 9:00 - 18:30
Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or above
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in service industry
  • Good mobile and broadband knowledge
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Pleasant, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
