Duties

Data Protection : maintain data privacy and protection while engaging with internal stakeholders to provide advice on data protection matters, support the development and management of internal data protection policies and compliance processes, as well as draft and review agreements related to data protection and privacy
Regulatory Affairs : provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate and regulatory matters, e.g. PCPD, Customs regulations

Requirements

Common law qualified lawyer
At least 5+ years of post qualification experience gained in leading law firm(s) and/or MNC(s)
Proven experience in privacy laws, preferably in a multinational setting
Experience in working cross-functionally
Experience in designing and implementing a global privacy compliance program
Experience with privacy tools
A self-motivated individual with grit who takes initiative and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves
