Product Manager, Product Marketing (P&S-PM-PM)
How to Apply
Duties
  • Be the product expert and have in-depth product knowledge on mobile devices including handsets and gadgets. Stay on top of market trends and product expert consultation on product features
  • Conduct product research, collect MI and voice of customers from different channels, and transform into handsets and OS related useful tips
  • Address customer issues and concerns related to products in a timely manner, and recommend product enhancements to identify new business opportunities
  • Staying updated with product knowledge, market dynamic, and sales process relating to the product
  • Work closely with sales team to derive appropriate questions and help customers to determine which product is the right choice for them
  • Work closely with product development and sales team to support and enhance product knowledge
  • Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned to cope with business objectives
Requirements
  • Degree holder, major in Marketing, Business Studies, or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience preferably gained in consumer electronics / mobile industry
  • Tach savvy, knowledgeable and intensive industry experience in handling smart devices / smartphone accessories
  • Strong understanding of the product features, including specification, performance and technical capacity
  • Passionate about mobile market trend and seek ways to enhance customer experience
  • Experience in managing mobile products and knowledge of sales techniques
  • Ability to prioritize multi-task in a fast-paced market situation, with strong planning, organizing and problem-solving skills
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
  • Self-motivated and good team player with excellent communication and presentation skill
