Business Analyst (Commercial) (CBU-BA)
How to Apply
Duties
  • Analyze commercial performance across different segments to drive revenue growth, ARPU uplift, and subscriber value
  • Identify revenue leakage, growth opportunities, and underperforming segments through data analysis
  • Provide analytics support for go-to-market planning of new and existing products (e.g. 5G plans, broadband upgrades, bundles, value‑added services)
  • Monitor in-market performance against targets and forecasts, providing timely recommendations for optimization
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and CRM teams to align commercial objectives and execution
  • Prepare regular commercial performance dashboards and management reports for senior stakeholders
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable commercial recommendations
  • Act as a key analytics partner to Commercial Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or performance marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics)
  • Experience with CRM and marketing platforms is an advantage
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear business recommendations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered for a Junior Business Analyst role
