Duties

Supervise all kinds of system and applications support
Responsible for Solution implementation and maintenance
Manage to deploy and troubleshoot on servers and applications
Isolate the problem between system and applications
Study and deploy the latest technology to ensure system reliabilities, performance, and security
Lead team members to fulfill routine and project requirements
Prepare and maintain system/applications procedure and working manual
Responsible for training materials, incident reports and other related documents and matters
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines
At least 5 years' of relevant work experience in one of the following subjects: i) System, network administration and support, ii) Project deployment and management, iii) Telecommunication & IoT technologies or iv) Solutions/ Infrastructure design & implementation
Able to work independently with good time management
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills
