Senior Marketing Executive (DEC-SME-APP)
How to Apply
Duties
  • Establish user-centric product vision and roadmap based on the overall digital strategy plan
  • In collaboration with business owners, developers and support teams, drive product development from discovery to launch
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap and progress to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements and wireframes to enhance user experience
  • Assist in managing & monitoring the overall look & feel, content structure and navigation experience for the application to ensure efficient customer journey and superior user experience on all the interfaces
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive the download and usage of the self-service mobile application
  • Implement tracking, conduct MI and regular analytic reports
Requirements
  • Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years experience in website/app development and management, eCommerce, online marketing, MI tracking & analysis
  • Digital savvy; understand current digital trends and best marketing practices across the various digital channels
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Organized and possess good project management skills
  • Strategic and creative mindset with business insights
  • Self motivated, need to be able to work under pressure and can work independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is essential
  • Sound knowledge in wireframe softwire is an advantage
  • Experience in telecommunication industry or with agency background is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics. Knowledge of Cognos or Tableau is an advantage
