Duties

Implement and manage the operational aspects of product and sales process ensuring robust and efficient operation
Optimize the process and operation tasks ensuring productive and compliance with regulations and policy
Ensure smooth sales process and operation before the new product or sale process launch
Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of cross-functional product and sales related process
Work closely with sales team to improve sales process ensuring efficiency and balancing of customer experience with compliance
Execute and monitor the operational processes to upkeep product as designed
Perform and handle the sales order exceptional cases

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales operation or process management; Experience in Telecom industry is an advantage
Well-organized, solid analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey quality-related issues
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with different level of business, operation and technology stakeholders
A fundamental understanding of telecom product domain, technological stack, and business support system (BSS) is required
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Manager
