Manager, Sales Process Operations & Quality Management (PD&O)
How to Apply
Duties
  • Implement and manage the operational aspects of product and sales process ensuring robust and efficient operation
  • Optimize the process and operation tasks ensuring productive and compliance with regulations and policy
  • Ensure smooth sales process and operation before the new product or sale process launch
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of cross-functional product and sales related process
  • Work closely with sales team to improve sales process ensuring efficiency and balancing of customer experience with compliance
  • Execute and monitor the operational processes to upkeep product as designed
  • Perform and handle the sales order exceptional cases
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales operation or process management; Experience in Telecom industry is an advantage
  • Well-organized, solid analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey quality-related issues
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with different level of business, operation and technology stakeholders
  • A fundamental understanding of telecom product domain, technological stack, and business support system (BSS) is required
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Manager
