Duties

Contract Review and Management : review and negotiate a high volume and wide range of commercial contracts, formulate contract management policy and procedures, facilitate resolution of legal disputes
Risks Monitoring : identify new and emerging risks and devise a risk mitigation strategy, compile and analyze contract-related data, support the monthly production and monitoring of metrics and provide reporting to the management team
Other Matters : manage our litigation and pre-litigation activities, provide other necessary general legal advice and counsel to different functions primarily in the areas of employment, intellectual property law and dispute resolution

Requirements

Common law qualified lawyer
3-5 years of post qualification experience will be considered as Assistant Legal Counsel, 5 years or above of will be considered as Legal Counsel
Experience working with technology or consumer product companies; a combination of law firm and in-house experience preferred
3+ years' experience in contract review will be a definite advantage
A self-motivated individual with grit who takes initiative and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves
