Duties
  • Accountable for developing & managing Loyalty Marketing Programs, Campaigns and Partnership Programs
  • Analyze customer & competitors insights to identify opportunities for the Loyalty Program
  • Develop & manage all membership program marketing communication
  • Synergize with cross-team to develop and manage membership customer experience & system journey
  • Lead team to oversee member communications across all touch points including online & offline / member's event and engagement
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign performance together with analysis and insights
  • Manage the Partnership Program and collaboration by developing collaboration strategy & system integration and marketing communication
  • Foster relationship with strategic partners to continuously enhance members privileges and create business competitive advantages
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 8 - 10 years’ relevant experience in Marketing & Loyalty / Membership program management in consumer, lifestyle, retail or telecom industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; passion in being consumer centric
  • Experienced in consumer marketing & customer experience management
  • Loyalty program development, CRM and database marketing (it's a Plus)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) / English
  • Detail-orientated, work independently and a good team player
  • Strong project management skills, problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
