Michael is a seasoned telecom executive with over 30 years of experience and a dedicated career at SmarTone spanning more than 26 years. He joined the company in 1998 as a Corporate Sales Professional and has since advanced through a series of leadership roles within the Business Markets segment, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to our company and clients.

His proven track record includes leading the Macau Corporate Account Department (2013) and his most recent role as General Manager of Enterprise Solution & Support (2019). Michael has been instrumental in developing our 5G, ICT, and enterprise solutions strategy, serving diverse sectors. With deep expertise in corporate accounts, technical sales consultancy, and enterprise project delivery, Michael brings exceptional industry insight and leadership.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts from York University and an MBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
