Mr. Gemini Wong was appointed Chief Digital Officer in January 2024. He leads the Company’s digital transformation efforts across the entire organization. He is responsible for formulating digital strategy, driving digital initiatives to optimize operational efficiency across all departments, creating new business values, and enhancing customer experience through overseeing the Information Services Division and Digital & e-Commerce Division.

Prior to joining SmarTone, Mr. Wong was the Chief Digital Officer, Deputy Chief Marketing Officer, and Executive Director at EC Healthcare. Before that, he also held various leadership roles at Hong Kong Disneyland, Langham Hospitality Group, and Cathay Pacific Holidays. With his over two decades of professional experience in digital product development, eCommerce, digital marketing and consumer experience design, he enables the Company to uncover new digital business insights and opportunities.

Mr. Wong obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Information and Systems Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
