Mr. Danny Ho was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company in February 2025. With over 20 years of extensive experience in financial management, Mr. Ho will play a key role in driving financial planning, performance analysis, and cost optimization. Under his leadership, SmarTone will prioritize effective resource allocation, enhance financial governance and undertake strategic investments to support its growth and long-term objectives.

Before joining SmarTone, Mr. Ho served as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Sa Sa International Holdings Limited. Prior to that, he held leadership roles across both local and international listed companies, including UMP Healthcare Holdings, Diageo plc, and KPMG, where he was the Consumer Markets Audit Partner.

Recognized for his contributions to the industry, Mr. Ho was named one of Hong Kong’s Top 10 CFOs in 2023 by CEO Insights Asia Magazine.

A Chartered Accountant with The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Mr. Ho is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a Chartered Global Management Accountant designation issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Mr. Ho holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg-HKUST and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Liverpool.
