Duties

Lead a team to manage and responsible for day-to-day operation activities in a 24/7 data center to maintain networks and platforms for delivering the highest-level services
Oversees network surveillance of mobile network and IT systems
Manage facilities of data center to ensure highest uptime and energy efficiency
Responsible for roaming operations to ensure the best roaming user experience for customers
Manage and dimension roaming carriers data bandwidth with agreements

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering or related disciplines
At least 10+ years relevant working experience with 3 years at managerial level
Self-motivated and with hands-on experience in data center management
Experience in change management process, problem solving and analytic skills
Target driven, self-motivated, with strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure
Experience in leading a team is a must
Excellent presentation and communication skills for effective communication with all levels of staff
Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese
