Assistant Marketing Manager, Mobile Product Marketing - Retention (MP-AM-MPM-R)

Duties
  • Assist AGM/SM to formulate and execute multi-segment retention and upgrade plan for Postpaid customers
  • Understand the customers' needs, identify different segments and launch marketing programs to uplift the customer value and stickiness in different customer life stages, including development of segmentation plans, design and implementation of effective offers as well as managing the end-to-end execution process
  • Manage marketing programs with selling approaches and scripts to accelerate sales channels’ conversion rate
  • Keep track and work closely with both offline and online channels to execute the marketing programs that meet the pre-set target
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to implement the marketing plans. Drive enhancement in the process, procedure and workflow to increase the operation efficiency
Requirements
  • Degree holder, major in Marketing, Business Studies, or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in telecommunication / technology industry
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
  • Good data analytical skill with PC software operations, e.g. MS Office and Tableau
  • Strong ownership, self-driven with positive attitude and customer oriented
  • Creative, confident, outgoing with initiatives and self-motivated
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
