Assistant General Manager, Supply Chain (FIN-AGM-SC)

Duties
  • Lead a procurement team to provide end-to-end sourcing and procurement services of all products & services to the Company
  • Build strategic relationship with suppliers/vendors to drive cost saving initiatives
  • Negotiate and manage Supply Agreements/Contracts for major/strategic purchases
  • Review procurement policy and ensure the operations are in compliance
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Purchasing & Supply Chain, Business or Finance
  • Minimum of 15 years’ working experience in procurement field, preferably in telecom and service industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation skills and people management skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management would be an advantage
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and report writing skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sr Manager
