Duties

Lead a procurement team to provide end-to-end sourcing and procurement services of all products & services to the Company
Build strategic relationship with suppliers/vendors to drive cost saving initiatives
Negotiate and manage Supply Agreements/Contracts for major/strategic purchases
Review procurement policy and ensure the operations are in compliance

Requirements

Degree holder in Purchasing & Supply Chain, Business or Finance
Minimum of 15 years’ working experience in procurement field, preferably in telecom and service industry
Strong communication, negotiation skills and people management skills
Strong organizational, analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills
Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management would be an advantage
Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese
Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and report writing skills
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sr Manager
