Senior Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing (MP-SME-DM)

Duties
  • Assist in planning and implementing digital marketing programs to promote the brand, as well as products and services targeting mainlanders
  • Raise the Company brand awareness among the Mainlander segment and in China
  • Demonstrate knowledge in key Mainland China platforms (WeChat, Weibo, XiaoHongShu)
  • Solid experience in managing the above platforms and developing creative and engaging content aligned with brand guidelines and audience preferences
  • Familiar with platform performance tracking and industry benchmark to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Knowledge in other marketing opportunities targeting Mainlanders
Requirements
  • Degree in marketing, digital, business or related fields
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital marketing, in house or agency (preferably gained experience in China)
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies and overcome challenges
  • Experience managing social media platforms, including China social media platforms such as WeChat, XiaoHongShu
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook, Ads Manager, and social media management platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different platforms and audiences
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimizations
  • Proven results / ROI in executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Good command in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English; proficiency in Putonghua is a PLUS
