Duties

Develop business strategies to achieve the assigned sales objectives and targets
Responsible to achieve sales & profit goals of the respective retail stores
Develop retail competencies, increase standard of operational excellence for enhancing customer in-store experience
Work closely with Marketing & Sales team to set up Local Marketing plans & events, specific by store to improve sales performance
Lead a team of store managers to drive sales performance and to ensure store operations are comply with the Company’s policies and procedures
Maintain a high level of business integrity and ethics within the team

Requirements

F.7 or above, university graduate is preferable
Minimum 10 years’ in retail industry of which 5 years at management level
Self-motivated, out-going, energetic, organize, interpersonal and leadership person
Inspires others with a positive and caring attitude
Customer-oriented, hard working with an energetic personality
Proven ability to handle multiple stores
Proficient in spoken and written English / Mandarin / Cantonese
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Manager
