Duties

Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide team members, ensuring they perform at their best throughout the project
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the digital and eCommerce field to provide innovative and competitive solutions
Coordinate collaboration between internal teams/BUs and external vendors, ensuring smooth communication and controlled project progress
Ensure project deliverables align with the defined timeline, budget, and quality standards
Actively engage in project risk management and problem-solving, providing appropriate solutions and improvement recommendations
Effectively communicate and negotiate with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring project completion to their satisfaction
Possess strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and priorities efficiently
Create clear, concise documentation (business requirement, process flow, etc.)
Validate on-going production issue, ensure root cause analysis and corrective actions in place for issue resolution
Provide regular and timely project updates to the team and client

Requirements

University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 8 years' working experience in product/solution development
Working experience in consultancy an advantage
Sound knowledge on mobile device, mobile network, ICT solution or digital platform
Excellent presentation and communication skills with business sense
Proven ability to get things done through effective cross-functional units cooperation
Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
