Duties

What will you be doing?
Be a store-in-charge to manage day-to-day operation
Ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs, operational efficiency and compliance
Lead, supervise, and train the team to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service
Pay attention to business environment & feedback to management to improve sales performance and standard of operational excellence

Requirements

What we are looking for?
F.7 or above, or with minimum 7 years’ experience in telecom industry of which 3 years at supervisory level
Self-motivated, out-going, energetic, organize, interpersonal and leadership person
Inspires others with a positive and caring attitude
Customer-oriented, hard working with an energetic personality
Proficient in spoken and written English / Mandarin / Cantonese
