Duties

Gather & analyze business requirements and propose sound solution
Lead team members for business application design and implementation
Coordinate with internal application teams, business users and/or external vendors to ensure deliverables meet requirements
Maintain the compliance and stability of application systems, and support user query

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
At least 8 years’ experience in application design and implementation
Solid and proven skills on System Development Life Cycle
Proficiency in Linux/Unix shell scripts, Perl script, SQL, PL/SQL and Java based programming, and experience in using Oracle database
Knowledge on workflow application design / EBS / agile methodology / cloud application would be an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese
Good leadership skills, self-motivated and a good team player
