Duties

Assist in preparing sales proposal, conducting presentation and product demonstration to business clients and also working with vendors
Liaise and maintain good relationship with project managers / various professionals in the building and construction industry
Provide consulting and technical advice to our business clients and facilitate the gathering and development of customer requirements for smart home solutions
Work closely with internal departments to deliver benchmark pre-sales and post-sales support to business clients

Requirements

University graduate in Building Services Engineering/Construction or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction and building industry
With knowledge in AutoCAD/BIM will be an advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Positive, self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
Good project management and problem-solving skills
